KVKK Notice (Personal Data Protection — Türkiye)

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as data controller Orkide Tekstil is required to provide the following information to data subjects.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity: name, surname
• Contact: e-mail, phone, organisation
• Customer transaction: content of enquiries and messages
• Transaction security: IP address (hashed), session and security logs
• Marketing: newsletter subscription, cookie records (subject to consent)

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to enquiries and maintaining contact
• Conducting pre- and post-contractual processes
• Reporting to authorised persons, institutions and authorities
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Maintaining site security and service quality
• Sending promotional messages, where you have consented

4. Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5(2)(a–f) and Art. 6, on grounds including the establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and — where required — your explicit consent.

5. Method of Collection

Data is collected electronically via the contact form, newsletter sign-up, e-mail correspondence, phone and the automatic logging systems of the Site.

6. Transfer

Data may be transferred only to the extent necessary for the processing purpose: to contractually-bound suppliers (hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics) and to authorised public authorities. International transfers comply with KVKK Art. 9.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject you may:

• (a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed;
• (b) If so, request information about it;
• (c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
• (d) Know the third parties (in Türkiye or abroad) to whom data is transferred;
• (e) Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• (f) Request erasure or destruction;
• (g) Request that rectification/erasure be communicated to third parties;
• (h) Object to a result that emerges against you from analysis carried out solely by automated means;
• (i) Claim compensation for any damage resulting from unlawful processing.
