Quality Manager

Orkide Tekstil — Our factory in Bursa, Türkiye produces scarves, stoles, shawls and bandanas with 26+ years of experience. Across silk, modal, viscose, wool and blends, every link from design to dispatch sits under one roof.

We're hiring a Quality Manager to own quality assurance from supplier intake through production to dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Run incoming quality control procedures (raw + semi-finished material)
• Set process control checkpoints on the production line and guide the team
• Coordinate final inspections based on customer AQL standards
• Produce 8D / 5W1H reports for deviations and complaints
• Maintain documentation and audit readiness for ISO 9001 / OEKO-TEX / GOTS certifications
• Audit suppliers / sub-contractors and drive improvement plans
• Manage monthly quality reports, KPIs and corrective / preventive actions

• University degree (Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of QC / QA experience in textiles
• Solid grasp of AQL standards and final inspection procedures
• Experience with ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, GOTS certification cycles
• Able to interpret lab tests (fastness, shrinkage, strength, pH, phthalates)
• Comfortable preparing for and presenting in customer audits
• Advanced MS Office plus disciplined reporting and documentation
• Intermediate–advanced English (customer correspondence, audit reports)
• Class B driving licence
• Male candidates must have completed military service
• Resident in Bursa or willing to relocate
