Production & Planning Engineer

Orkide Tekstil — Our factory in Bursa, Türkiye produces scarves, stoles, shawls and bandanas with 26+ years of experience. Across silk, modal, viscose, wool and blends, every link from design to dispatch sits under one roof.

We're hiring a Production & Planning Engineer to feed our line with data and plan capacity and delivery dates with discipline. End-to-end planning ownership from loom utilisation to orders.

Responsibilities

• Build order-based production plans and capacity simulations
• Monitor raw and semi-finished stock, coordinate with purchasing
• Open work orders, dispatch lines and assign looms
• Manage deadline tracking and delay analysis; drive action plans
• Produce monthly OEE / efficiency reports and downtime analysis
• Coordinate ERP / shop-floor system data entry and reporting

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering or similar
• Minimum 2 years of production planning experience (textile preferred)
• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivots, basic macros)
• Active user experience with ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, etc.)
• Strong data analysis and reporting ability
• Comfortable on the shop floor and speaking the line's language
• Class B driving licence
• Male candidates must have completed military service
• Good written English (technical documentation)
• Resident in Bursa or willing to relocate
