Graphic Designer

Orkide Tekstil — Our factory in Bursa, Türkiye produces scarves, stoles, shawls and bandanas with 26+ years of experience. Across silk, modal, viscose, wool and blends, every link from design to dispatch sits under one roof.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Design & Creative team. From fabric surface to catalogues, social media imagery to packaging applications — you will help shape our visual language.

Responsibilities

• Develop patterns and print designs for scarf, stole and shawl collections
• Build seasonal moodboards, collection catalogues and lookbooks
• Deliver fabric print files in CMYK / Pantone-compliant format together with the production team
• Produce visuals for the website, social media, newsletters and packaging
• Prepare booth visuals for trade fairs and the showroom

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or similar
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Familiarity with textile printing workflows (rotary, digital, transfer) — a plus
• Strong grasp of typography, colour theory and grid systems
• Experience preparing print-ready files to professional standards
• A portfolio (LinkedIn, Behance or personal site) is mandatory
• Male candidates must have completed military service or hold at least a 2-year deferral
• Class B driving licence preferred
• Resident in Bursa or willing to relocate
• Strong communicator, comfortable juggling multiple projects without compromising quality
